My device isn't charging. What's wrong?
Usually this happens when the Oomf battery is nearly dead or there is a loose cable connection.
Try to remove and reinsert the Oomf cable. If your device is still not charging, return your Oomf
to its station and activate another Oomf whose blue light is illuminated (a red light means the
Oomf is low on battery and should not be used).
You will be refunded if you return your charger to its station within five minutes.
Where do I return my Oomf?
Please ensure that your Oomf makes it back to its charging station.
When do I have to return my Oomf?
As a courtesy to other power-hungry users, please return your Oomf as soon as you are done charging your device.
When do I have to worry about missing charger fees?
24 hours after you've entered your Oomf code we begin to assess a $5/day fee.
Why can't I activate my Oomf?
You must be within five feet of your Oomf's charging station.
Why can't I activate my Oomf...still?
We might be having a temporary issue sending a message to activate to your Oomf. Chances are that we're working on the issue so please try again shortly.
